The Building Process

We begin this collaborative partnership by listening — to your needs, wants, wishes, and dreams.

The process begins with taking a closer look at your lifestyle and finding ways to create a home that works in harmony with the ebbs and flow of your family. We listen carefully and then find creative solutions that meet the needs of your family’s lifestyle.

Whether you are choosing paint colors or molding, our interior decorators will present you with available options that fit your budget and make recommendations so that your home is a true representation of you. Along the way, we will also offer advice as you decide on the details.

While the process of building a new home can be overwhelming at times, it should also be exciting and enjoyable We will be there to simplify the process and guide you along the way.

Not only do we truly enjoy taking raw materials and a plan and turning them into a beautiful home, we take pride in providing the best in superior craftsmanship. Building custom homes means that we pay attention to every detail. Each nook, cranny and finishing touch plays an important role in bringing everything together into a cohesive final product.

At J.P. Swain Company, our goal is the same as yours: to create the ideal home for you and your family. We want what you want — satisfaction and happiness at the completion of the construction process. This means that your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We don’t consider a project completed unless you are entirely happy.

This personalized approach to custom home building helped J.P. Swain Company become a trusted leader in the Triangle area. Our clients are able to enjoy a beautiful, welcoming home that will continue to meet their needs for years to come.
